FAQ
We accept personal checks and cashier checks. For those who would prefer to use a credit card, we accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover with a 3% transaction fee.
You are required to pay $500 within five days of making a reservation. The remaining rental monies will be due no later than 60 days prior to your arrival date. There is also a required $1000 security deposit that is due within five days of making a reservation. This will be refunded to you within three weeks of your departure date should there be no damage found, extra cleaning required, pay per view movies, etc.
If your reservation is canceled more than 60 days prior to your arrival date there is a $75 cancellation fee. If your reservation is canceled less than 60 days prior to your arrival date there is no refund.
No! The total number of people allowed in the home is restricted to no more than 12 people including day visitors. We are very serious about maintaining a family atmosphere for the quiet enjoyment of community, and all our guests. We rent to families and responsible adults only. The minimum age to rent property is 25 years of age. Reservations made under false pretenses, if the maximum occupancy is exceeded, or the property incurs damage due to misuse or neglect will result in eviction, forfeiture of the total amount of the rent and security deposit collected. Compliance with BHHOA rules: The home is in the Bodega Harbour Country Club and is subject to BHHOA rules (no walking on golf paths, no excessive noise, no RV homes, beach closes at dusk, etc.). Large parties, large BBQ parties, receptions are strictly prohibited, violators will be evicted and forfeit all rent monies. Parking is limited to 4 cars per home. No blocking driveways. Guest agrees to comply with the rules, and to pay any fine they may incur as a result of noncompliance.
Check in time is at 4pm and check out time is at 11am
You can park one car in garage, two in driveway, and one on the street for a total of 4 cars.
No pets are allowed. If you have been found to have a pet there you will be evicted and will lose all rental monies and security deposit.
No smoking is allowed.
Yes, you can walk to Pinnacle Gulch beach and Doran beach from the home.
Yes, we do.
Kitchen cooking utensils, plates, and silverware, drip coffee makers, linens and towels are provided. We provide a starter of hand and dishwasher soap, toilet paper, and garbage bags. Renter provides personal items such as shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, etc. While we cannot guarantee, we make every effort to fully stock the pantry for your use of products such as oils, sugars, baking soda, baking powder, spices, Ziplocs, aluminum foil, etc.
